Example: Completed Fiduciary Anchor

Fictional character (no privacy breached). Show the expected quality standard: classification, Honest Oracle, analysis of control, and realistic accountability. Student: Andri Þór, 17 years old, Akureyri: plays football, makes music in his free time.

1. Comparison with the Human Anchor

In Step 1, I thought the internet showed me primarily as a musician. The reality: at the top came football statistics and an old class photo from primary school that I had forgotten about. My own music was on the third page. The image I have of myself and the story the internet tells do not match.

2. Honest Oracle

  • Convergence ≠ corroboration: The machine said "Andri Þór is a promising midfielder" and referenced four pages. Three of them copied the same club news; one was the club itself. This is one source, not four. Reclassified as Level 2.
  • Hallucination: The machine claimed that I had "won the Icelandic Music Creation Championship 2024". That is incorrect. I participated in a school competition and did not win any national championship. Pure hallucination.
  • Name confusion: Another Andri Þór (older, in Reykjavík) has a LinkedIn profile that the machine attributed to me. Not me.

3. Who Controls the Narrative?

Conclusion: I control very little of what appears at the top. Algorithms and third parties control my front page; I only control what I create myself, which few people see.

4. Data Sovereignty and Digital Freedom — Actions

  • Data sovereignty: ask a parent to take down the old photo; make one private profile truly private; gather my own music on one page that I own myself.
  • Digital freedom: stop publishing my practice location in real-time; start writing my own story systematically (own page at the top, not just scattered traces).

5. Rejection

  1. "National championship victory 2024" — rejected: pure hallucination, untrue.
  2. The LinkedIn profile — rejected: belongs to a namesake, not me.

6. Accountability Statement

I take responsibility for the music and the football being correct: that is me. I do not yet know who first copied the class photo or how widely it spread. The one step I will take immediately: I will create one page that I own myself, with my own story, so next time someone Googles me they meet me, not an algorithm that sorted me.
