Your workbook
This is your workbook. Not the school's, not the course's, not the machine's. It is where you keep the traces of what you actually did in Tækniseigla, and what you thought about it.
It is proof of what you did, for you first of all. You can show it to a teacher, a parent or later an employer if you want, but that is your choice.
How it works
When you finish the lived task in a module, copy the template, date it, and fill in two fields: the trace (what you did or saw) and the reflection (what you think now).
If you took a photo or a voice note, put the file in the media folder and point to it.
That is all. One entry should take under a minute.
Three rules that make it yours
You own it
The whole workbook is ordinary text files and images in a folder. You can copy the whole folder at any time and it still works, even if the course disappears. That is the test of whether something is really yours.
No one grades your reflection
It is for thinking, not for pleasing.
No numbers, no streaks, no race
This is not an app that watches you. You set the pace.
Privacy
- Do not put sensitive information about yourself or others in the workbook, such as health, religion or sexuality.
- Photograph things and work, not other people's faces. If people are in a picture, ask permission or leave it out.
- The workbook lives on your device. You decide who you show it to.
Template for one entry
Copy this for each entry. Name the file something like 2026-09-03-sports.md.
